Adam Kotula

CoFounder

Adam Kotula is a graduate-level mental health clinician-in-training whose work sits at the crossroads of psychology, spirituality, and recovery. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and biology from Creighton University, an academic pairing that reflects both his curiosity about the human mind and his respect for the complexity of lived experience. Adam’s work is rooted not in abstraction, but in the messy, human process of healing and self-discovery. Outside of his clinical training and writing, Adam enjoys volunteering, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends, and he recently took up MMA, claiming he is the next Paddy Pimblett. His dreams are to open a treatment center named after his grandma, receive his doctorate, become an international motivational speaker, and go to space with Virgin Atlantic.
